SHIPPING - Pick Up of your puppy should be the method of choice; howver, should you need air travel - I use Ozark Jet a Pet as the transporter - Usually ships every Friday to the airline closest to you.

Payment
Price of the puppy includes registration papers that you will mail in. Cash or money order accepted.
Payments are non-refundable after they are received.
A deposit of $250 is required to hold the puppy of your choice.
Your deposit must be received within 5 days after you pick out your puppy. If we do not receive your deposit in this time frame, we will not be able to hold the puppy of your choice. If you are mailing your deposit, it is best to use Priority Mail to ensure that we receive it in the 5 days.
Deposits are non-refundable should you decide not to purchase the puppy you have picked out after deposit has been received by us.
The only time a deposit or payment will be refunded is if something would happen to your puppy while in our care before you pick it up.
Payment of puppy price is due in full before your puppy will be picked up by you. Puppies can be picked up after they reach 8 weeks of age.
Policies
Your puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after you receive it. You need to take it to your veterinarian within 3 days of receiving it so that your vet can recommend future vaccinations, heartworm prevention, de-wormings, flea and tick protection, etc. to ensure your puppy's good health.
Puppies are guaranteed for one year from date of birth against life threatening congenital defects.
If you would happen to find something genetically wrong with your puppy within one year, you must take it to a veterinarian and then contact us. If there is something wrong, you need to send me a statement from your vet (with his phone number on it) stating what is wrong with your puppy. (Failure to do this will void our contract with you.) We will then gladly give you a puppy of the same breed, color and sex as soon as one is available. No refunds of cash value will be given.

*This document is a legal and binding contract between Amanda L Unerstall hereby referred to as the Seller and ________________________________________ hereby referred to as the buyer(s).
*Buyer(s) agree to pay the price named above in full to the Seller before the above named puppy reaches 7 weeks of age.
*Payments of deposits from the buyer(s) are non-refundable once they have been received by the seller.

*Seller is not responsible for any expenses pertaining to the above named puppy, including veterinarian charges.
*Seller will not give a refund of cash value to the Buyer(s) for any reason.
*The buyer(s) should take the above named puppy to obedience and other training classes for the best behavior results. The seller is not responsible for the behavior of this puppy.
*The Seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer(s) for medical treatment or any other cause of expense resulting from this puppy's behavior or to ensure its wellbeing. The seller is not responsible for any expenses as a result of buyer(s) negligence.
*If the buyer can no longer care for the puppy at any time and cannot find a suitable home for it, the buyer agrees to return to the seller at not cost to the seller.
